Facilities at Ramon's include the huge 25 metre lagoon style pool with wet bar. The resort also features internet and email, shops selling souvenirs and toiletries, and live shows on Tuesday and Friday evenings.

The restaurant at Ramon's is one of the best places to eat on the whole island and offers a range of dishes including Oriental Cajun and local delicacies. Each week there is a beach barbecue to enjoy as well as the Sunday buffet.

Lunch and dinner favourite samples:
'Steak on a Stone' - a choice of steak filet, shrimp and chicken or a combo of any of the 3, with a fresh garden salad and baked potato. The meats and fresh vegetables are cooked by you at your table on a lava stone heated to 500°F (260°C).
The 'Pineapple Boat' is a hollowed out pineapple filled with a shrimp fried rice. The pineapple is cut into chunks and marinated in a sauce with onions that gives it a sweet and spicy effect.
The Breakfast Plan includes coffee and juice and a choice of any entrée on the breakfast menu. These include Fresh Fruit Platters, Pancakes, Waffles, Eggs Your Way, and Omelettes. It also includes any of the daily breakfast specials.
There are other dining choices near the resort too in San Pedro Town.
