The nearest decompression chamber for divers is located very close by in San Pedro Town, just a few minutes from the resort. We recommend you take out your own scuba diving insurance.
The dive boat is equipped with a medic first aid kit, emergency breathing oxygen (640 litres on local trips, 3,115 litres on trips further offshore), life vests, VHF marine radios, cell phones, compass and GPS. A divemaster is provided for every 8 divers. More oxygen is available at the resort.
For non-diving related accidents the resort has its own in-house medic facility, with a doctor and dentist on call. The nearest hospital and police station are at San Pedro too, just 5 minutes from Ramon's Village.

The resort reception has a safety box for guests' valuables and there is a 24 hour premises security patrol. The resort has an emergency evacuation plan in place, with an air-strip for airplane access just 5 minutes away..
