The resort serves fresh, delicious meals 3 times a day in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. Dishes are a mix of European and local specialities and include a variety of meats, fish, seafood, vegetables according to the season, soups, salads and hand-made desserts. A traditional Belize/Caribbean-style BBQ takes place very Friday night on the waterfront.

Breakfast is buffet-style and includes eggs, fruit and fresh baked goods. The lunch and dinner menus change weekly.
