The resort is centred around a large lawn, decorated with tropical plants, and features a large beachside swimming pool with views over Beqa Lagoon. It has built a deserved reputation for the high quality of its food which is as fresh, varied and imaginative as you will find anywhere in Fiji, with guests choosing their preferred options from the menu each morning.
A feature of the resort that differentiates it from others is the 7 day a week events programme, including local school visits, a choir performance and a display of the legendary Beqa Island fire walking. Because of this, many guests choose a '2 dive a day' programme, with the afternoon left for relaxation and entertainment, although 3 dives per day is also possible, and there is unlimited shore diving as well as the option to go on an exhilarating shark feeding dive.
Beqa Lagoon Resort is built on a prime piece of land along the coastline of Beqa, and it manages to house 25 bures yet maintain a very spacious feel. There are 12 Beachfront bures including a Honeymoon bure, and you can expect your own private courtyard, plunge pool and hammock area to drink in your unrestricted seaview. There are also 9 Garden bures built around a delightful koi fish pond and 4 Twin-bedroom Garden bures.
If good food is a high priority for you, and you wish to sample some island feel without the need for taking a domestic flight, then the highly regarded Beqa Lagoon Resort could be the choice for you.

Most guests make 2 dives per day in Beqa Lagoon and around Beqa Island, although 3 is possible, and there is unlimited shore diving. At additional cost, and provided there are sufficient diver numbers, you can dive the famous Shark Reef near Pacific Harbour.
The dive boat leaves at 8.00 am with all the gear already loaded for a 2-tank dive trip. Grab your wetsuit, camera and dry bag, and you're good to go. After a shore surface interval and the second dive, the boat returns around 1.30 pm, where lunch awaits you.
The resort operates 3 dive boats. The boats are 14-18 metres in length and can accommodate 15-20 divers; the larger boats have twin engines. The boats feature a dive deck, kit up area, ladders, rinse tanks, sundeck, oxygen and first aid kit. Water, juice and biscuits are available on board.
