Other options include horse riding, mountain biking, snorkelling, kayaking, guided bush walks along the east coast Lavena Trail, and 4WD tours to Des Veoux Peak and other inland locations. Maravu also offers local village visits and holds courses in Fiji cooking, language, and the legends of kava, meke and lovo.

Location: Because of the damage that detergent does to the marine ecosystem, the resort does not offer a laundry service for guests. Please attempt to minimise your need for laundry.

The meal plan consists of a full breakfast with hot, cooked dishes of your choice, a 3 course or packed lunch, afternoon tea with homemade cookies, and a 3 course gourmet dinner.
Favourites in addition to the Fijian lovo feast include Fiji lobster, fish dishes, and desserts made with local fruits of banana, mango, papaya and pineapple. There is an excellent wine list offering.
