All the dishes are conceived by the owner, an award-winning Aussie chef, and is à la carte for breakfasts and lunch every day, and for dinner 4 times per week. Dining can be in the main dining room or in a number of private locations by the water's edge.
Meals are a mixture of international cuisine with Italian influences, and local specialties employing the use of fresh vegetables and fruits such as mango, papaya and coconut.

Dining samples: green papaya salad, local spinach poached in coconut milk, Fijian Lovo - food wrapped in coco leaves and smoked on hot rocks.
