The nearest re-compression chamber is in Denpasar, 120 km or 3 hours drive south west from Tulamben. We do advise you to have your own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation.
This Bali dive resort has oxygen on site, and helicopter evacuation is available for appropriately insured guests. All 3 boats used carry 1,000 litres of oxygen too. A divemaster is provided for every 4 divers.
Amlapura, 30 km south, has a hospital.
Tulamben Dive Terminal has safety deposit boxes in reception and 24 hour security guards. There is a tourist police office nearby in the village of Tulamben.
