The closest re-compression chamber is Rumah Sakit Sanglah (Public Hospital in Denpasar) - approximately 2½ hours evacuation time from the dive sites. We advise divers to have their own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation.
The dive boats have Emox (max. 1 hour usage) onboard and more oxygen back at the dive centre. 1 divemaster is provided for every 4 divers. All DMs are trained oxygen providers.
A minimum experience of 50 dives is required for those divers wishing to dive Blue Corner due to the strong currents.
There is a clinic and small hospital staffed by Indonesian doctors in Jungutbatu village - 1 km from dive centre.
