Pondok Baruna is not a hotel nor should you expect hotel facilities. Instead you can savour the simplicity of an uncrowded pool, proximity to the beach and to the local village. Staying here is not about finding a sauna, gym or TV room but more about strolling around the area sampling what Bali was like decades ago or chilling out by the pool and soaking up the sun’s rays. You can also hire a scooter and visit the mangrove area or the other beaches and bays of Lembongan.

Pondok Baruna Restaurant, on the roadside a few minutes stroll from the guesthouse, serves lunch and dinner focusing mostly on Indonesian favourites.
The menu includes:

Complimentary breakfast is served at the poolside snack bar and consists of toast or croissant, eggs, tea or coffee, fruit or fruit juice. The snack bar is open all day and serves jaffles, sandwiches and burgers.
Restaurant sample dishes: Fish fillet in Balinese spices and wrapped in a banana leaf, Mixed Tofu and egg burger with french fries and salad.
