The nearest re-compression chamber is in Denpasar, in the souh of Bali - around 120 km drive south west or 3 hours evacuation time from the Tulamben dive sites. We advise divers to have their own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation.
The resort has a first aid kit on site, and emergency breathing oxygen is readily available from the neighbouring resorts. 1 divemaster is provided for each individual group of divers.
Tulamben Wreck Divers has a 24-hour security patrol and in-room safety boxes. There is a tourist police station and clinic in Tulamben, and the nearest hospital is in Amplapura, 25 km away.
