The Nibong Restaurant and Bar are located just above the pool deck and private beach, and this provides an ideal spot for private romantic candlelit meals on the beach. The chef is Japanese so food consists of a range of Japanese, Italian, international, Indonesian and local Minahasan dishes, made with the freshest local ingredients. There is also a range of fruit juices, smoothies, wines, beer and spirits.
Meals available:
- 3 course a la carte dinners, with breakfast and lunch buffets
