What Eco Divers Resort Lembeh lacks in facilities it makes up for in terms of individual service. Although there is no swimming pool, other facilities are available to guests of the cottages. In addition to the lounge facilities: TV, DVD, coffee and tea-making, and minibar, the cottages and the MV Nautica both have free Wi-Fi internet, with a desktop computer in each cottage.
Both the cottages and liveaboard also have ample charging points and storage areas for your photographic equipment, and each cottage has a dedicated camera room. Massages can be arranged to ease any aches and pains picked up in the macro wonderland of the Lembeh Strait.

Each cottage enjoys its own private chef, kitchen and air-conditioned dining room, so you are spoiled to 'restaurant standard' when dining at Eco Divers Resort Lembeh. Breakfast is a la carte with your eggs cooked to order, and you will be asked to give your dinner choice at breakfast. Although the menu is varied, with only 6 guests per cottage, the chefs will make every effort to cater to your individual needs, another strong point that cannot be claimed by large resorts.

- Speciality is Indonesian dishes
- Sustainable seafood is served
- Breakfast and dinner are served at the resort
