Low Season Scuba Diving in Phuket!
A very big hello to all you divers! We welcome you to another season of diving in Phuket.
On the diving front, Phuket is in the midst of its low season. While this means that diving conditions are not at their peak, there are still plenty of thrills to entertain the avid diver in you!
Phuket's waters are a little rougher, but this is not a problem once the boats gain the shelter of the islands. Besides, Phuket dive operators take the rough conditions of the open seas into account when planning dive trips during the low season, and tend to stick to dive sites that suit all levels of divers.
Visibility is generally down by about 20%, but at Racha Noi visibility is still good at over 20 metres. What's more, as there are less divers and less boats, traffic at phuket's dive sites is lower, which means greater chances of seeing big fish such as sharks.
It's also a great time to dive cheaply, as both accommodation and diving options in Phuket tend to be cheaper than during the high or peak season. So, if you're on a budget diving holiday, now is the time to head out here for some Phuket scuba diving.
Additionally, Dive The World is offering Bali scuba diving cruise specials, where visibility is more than 40 metres - the best that some experienced divers have come across. Prices are discounted, so book now to make the most of it!
