Destinations:
Turneffe Reef Atoll: The Elbow, Calabash Cut, West Side Story, CoCo Point, Al’s Hideout and Oasis. 7 night package includes a full-day trip to the Blue Hole, Half Moon Caye and Long Caye Wall on Tuesdays. No diving on days of arrival or departure.
Resort diving includes:
Dives, boat rides, 1 night dive (7 night package), experienced English-speaking divemaster(s) for maximum 12 divers, drinking water, snacks, tanks, weights, weightbelts, nitrox fills for enriched air certified divers (if available), and return transfers to and from the resort.
Diving excludes:
Scuba equipment rental (US$ 40 per day), Blue Hole marine reserve fee of US$ 40 per person. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
Resort accommodation includes:
Bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, coffee and tea, juices, afternoon snacks, use of kayaks, return resort transfers on Saturdays from Belize City.
Accommodation excludes:
Alcoholic drinks, hotel tax (US$ 4.50 per night), hotel transfers on Wednesdays only (US$ 50 per person one way to be paid in advance). Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
How to get there:
Blackbird Resort is located on Blackbird Caye Island on the eastern side of Turneffe Island Atoll, 51 km from Belize City. The resort offers complimentary transfers on Saturdays only from Belize City between 3:30-4:00 pm by plane (15 mins) or boat (1½ hrs). It is also possible to begin these packages on Wednesdays too but there is an additional transfer cost. For more information see our Belize travel information section.
