Destinations: Kadavu - all southern sites on the Great Astrolabe Reef - Eagle Rock, Naiqoro Passage and Manta Point. No diving on days of arrival and departure.
Resort diving includes: Dives, boat rides, experienced English-speaking divemaster(s) for maximum 8 divers (max. 12 divers per boat), drinking water, tanks, weights and weightbelts, government and service taxes.
Diving excludes: Scuba equipment can be rented on arrival.
Resort accommodation (based on 2 share) includes: Bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner, Kadavu Airport - resort return transfers, unlimited tea/coffee, government and service taxes.
How to get there: Matava is located about one hour boat ride away from Vunisea and Kadavu Airport, along the southern coastline of Kadavu. You can take the short daily flight to Kadavu from either Suva or Nadi Airport on Viti Levu. For more information see our Kadavu tourist information section.
Non-diver rates: A discount of 28%-40% on the prices quoted here applies for non-divers, depending on length of stay and room type booked.
Dive clubs and group discounts: Pay for 6 guests and receive 1 extra free of charge.
Add on package: If this is your only planned visit to Fiji then we strongly recommend that you consider a 2 night add-on stay at the Uprising Beach Resort, Pacific Harbour on Viti Levu, to allow you to witness the not-to-be-missed shark feed diving. This option is also convenient as it is located close to both the international gateway airports in Fiji - Nadi and Suva.
