Destinations:
Lankayan Island. No diving on day of departure.
Resort diving includes:
Dives, unlimited self-guided shore and night dives in front of dive centre, boat rides to dive sites, experienced English-speaking divemaster (maximum 10 divers per DM), tanks, weights and weightbelts, drinking water, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks.
Diving excludes:
Scuba equipment (approx. US$ 38 per day), dive computer, dive insurance, Lankayan conservation fees (approx. US$ 8 per person per night, payable in advance). Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
Resort accommodation includes:
Bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks, return resort transfers from Sandakan airport.
Accommodation excludes:
Alcoholic drinks, internet access. If you are a single person it is compulsory to pay in advance for a single supplement. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
How to get there:
The resort is located on Lankayan Island, a 1½ hour boat ride from the jetty at Sandakan. The resort will provide a return transfer from Sandakan to Lankayan. There are daily short flights to Sandakan from Kota Kinabalu and Tawau, and 2 direct flights a day from Kuala Lumpur. For more information see our Lankayan travel information section.
Dive clubs and group discounts:
Groups of 8 guests or more will receive an additional 1 extra place free of charge.

Add-on package:
If this is your only planned visit to Malaysian Borneo then we strongly recommend that you consider a 2 night add-on stay at the Sepilok Nature Resort, Sandakan in Sabah, to allow you to witness the not-to-be-missed jungle adventures with orang-utans. Sepilok is conveniently located near Sandakan and close to Pulau Lankayan.
