Destinations: Sipadan Island, Mabul and Kapalai. There are 3 dives a day. When park guest permit numbers allow, this will mean a 2-tank dive trip to Sipadan and a 3rd dive in Sipadan after lunch at the resort. Alternatively it will be a 3 dive day around Mabul or Kapalai. Diving on day of arrival depends on your arrival time.
Resort diving includes: Dives, boat rides, experienced English-speaking divemaster (1 per boat), unlimited self-dives on House Reef, light snacks, coffee, tea, drinking water, tanks, weights and weightbelts.
Diving excludes: Marine park fees of approx. US$ 13 per person per day, payable on arrival. Semporna jetty fees of approx. US$ 3.50 per person per tour booking, payable in advance. Dive equipment can be rented on arrival too.
Resort accommodation (based on 2 share) includes: Bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tawau Airport - resort return transfers. If you are a single diver you must normally pay single supplement, but you may be able to share at non-peak times.
How to get there: The resort is located along the northern beachfront of Mabul Island. It is a 40 minute speedboat ride from the port of Semporna. The resort will provide a return transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna and Mabul.

Transfer times from Tawau Airport to Sipadan Water Village are 08:15, 10:50 and 14:15 hrs. If you arrive on any flight which does not time well with these transfer times then you must wait at the airport for the next available transfer (which could be a few hours) or overnight at Tawau or Semporna. Only if you arrive on the morning flights will it be possible to dive that day.

Transfer times from Sipadan Water Village to Tawau Airport are 06:30, 10:00 and 14:00 hrs. Please plan 3 hours between resort departure and flight departure time.

Non-diver rates: A discount of 17%-44% on the prices quoted here applies for non-divers, depending on length of stay and room type booked.
Dive clubs and group discounts: Groups of 10 guests or more will receive an additional 1 extra place free of charge with only US$ 100 payable for land and boat transfer.
