This person will be a key member of the Management Team at Dive The World and involved in the strategic development of the business over the next number of years. The holder of this position will be responsible for:

• Web Design and structure
• Website development and maintenance
• Website optimisation, positioning and links strategy
• Database development and maintenance
• Server management
• E-communication design and management
• E-marketing
• Hardware and software

The person assuming this role should possess the following characteristics:

• Knowledge and experience of commercial website development and positioning are key skills required for this position
• Familiarity with the hardware and software necessary to achieve corporate goals is essential
• Strong English language skills are a must and a second language is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willing to work long hours as required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Recognised scuba diving qualification
