Regional Manager for Indonesia Diving

Dive The World Indonesia is currently under development and we are seeking a new team member to assume responsibility for the maintenance and further development of this diving destination. As Regional manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining and providing up to date regional information
• Research of new and existing locations and products
• Regional web content maintenance
• Customer communications
• Regional website promotional cost management and budget control
• Contract negotiations
• Identification of effective keywords for site rankings
• Define the scope of services offered by Dive The World in Indonesia
• Organise and approve payment to operators
• Indonesia region’s profitability analysis

The person assuming this role should possess the following characteristics:

• Strong English language skills are a must and a second language is desirable
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
• Willing to work long hours as required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Recognised scuba diving qualification
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesia diving industry is essential
