This hospitality award is only given to establishments that achieve outstanding guest reviews on TripAdvisor and just 10% of accommodations listed worldwide receive this prestigious award. Establishments must maintain a rating of at least 4 out of 5 by travellers on TripAdvisor in order to receive the Certificate of Excellence. A minimum number of reviews submiitted within the last 12 months is a requirement too.
