Resort diving includes:
Dives (as detailed in the packages above), unlimited self-guided house reef dives (between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs on diving days), boat rides to sites, experienced English-speaking divemaster (maximum 4 divers per DM), tanks, weights and weightbelts, scuba tax, drinking water, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks.
Diving excludes (mandatory, unless customer provides own):
Scuba equipment (approx. US$ 46 per day), Lembeh marine park fees (approx. US$ 4 per person per year). Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival (cash or credit card).
Night dives, diving computer, nitrox fills for enriched air certified divers (approx. US$ 9 each), dive insurance. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
Resort accommodation includes:
Bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks, return resort transfers from Manado airport (between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs), internet access, taxes.

How to get there:
Kungkungan Bay Resort is located on a former coconut plantation in the heart of the Lembeh Strait. The resort provides transfers from Manado airport. For more information see our Manado travel information

The dive day in the Lembeh Strait starts with breakfast from 6 am and the first dive boat leaving at 08:15. Each day consists of up to 3 day dives and 1 night dive. The boats return to Kungkungan after each dive, where the staff will unload and wash your equipment.
The 3 dive boats here in Sulawesi feature:
- 9m wood hull with 2 x 90 HP engines
- Shaded area with steel entry & exit ladder

- Maximum of 8 scuba divers per boat

Unlimited House Reef dives are included in the packages between 08:00-17:00 hrs. Night dives and mandarinfish dives can also be arranged on arrival for an extra charge.
The dive centre at Kungkungan Bay Resort features an scuba gear storage area, rinse tanks, camera table, hot water shower and medical equipment. Enriched air nitrox is also available.

The nearest re-compression chamber is at Malalayang Hospital in Manado, 40 km or 1.5 hours, west of Lembeh. We advise you to take out insurance for scuba diving - see our insurance programme

The resort dive centre has a large cylinder of emergency oxygen and the boats carry first aid kits.
The nearest medical facility is Bitung Hospital, about 3 km away.
Kungkungan Bay Resort has a safety deposit box for customer use, free of charge, in reception. There is a 24 hour guard service and CCTV. There is a police station at Police Pier, 5 minutes away.
