The Rock Islands Aggressor is a 31m aluminium-hulled catamaran which accommodates up to 18 divers (all in ensuite staterooms) on liveaboard tours around some of the Pacific's most beautiful dive sites. With Sunday to Sunday departures all year long, you can experience famous Palau sites like German Channel and Blue Corner any time of the year.

Rock Islands Aggressor comes equipped with all the luxury fittings and entertainment facilities you might expect of this fleet. The air-conditioned lounge, dining and bar area is the main social focal point of the boat. Here you can enjoy the TV, DVD, photo and video centre and music system, as well as the reading library.

You may prefer to relax on the liveaboard's sun deck which is partially shaded and comes equipped with sun chairs and loungers as well as hammocks to doze off in. There is also a shaded outdoor seating area and wet bar on the upper deck, so you don't have to wait until you are dry to order your first evening drink. There is a satellite internet connection meaning email is available for guest use at additional cost.

A buffet-style breakfast includes cooked entrees and a buffet-style lunch features a range of choices including homemade bread, hot soup and sandwiches. The chef-prepared evening meal is a service affair prepared to order. Fruit juices, soft drinks, iced water, iced tea, coffee and a limited selection of local beer and wine are complimentary. All dives are made from the Rock Islands Aggressor's 11m custom built high speed, outboard skiff capable of carrying 18 guests for quick access to even the most remote sites.

There are 9 staterooms on the main deck: 8 Deluxe staterooms with a lower queen bed and upper single bed, 1 Double stateroom with a lower double bed and upper single bed. All staterooms are air-conditioned and have private en-suite facilities.

Day 1
A pick up and transfer to the boat from Koror International Airport can be arranged for you, or you can grab a taxi. Alternatively, if you are already in Palau on the day of departure you can board the Aggressor any time after 16:00 hrs at the Neco Marine (Malakai) Harbour. The crew will hand you a welcome drink as you step on board the boat. After you listen to the boat briefing and are assigned your cabin you can settle down to enjoy dinner and get to know your fellow guests.
The Rock Islands Aggressor will depart early on Monday morning normally between 06:00 and 06:30 hrs.

Core Days
You can expect 3 or 4 dives a day during your Palau cruise. The dives take various forms but many are gentle drift dives using Palau’s currents to your advantage. You are likely to encounter grey reef sharks, manta rays, whitetips, mandarinfish and cuttlefish. There is also a range of amazing WWII wrecks. On board, guests can enjoy fish ID and presentations in the evening.
Awaken each morning to a breakfast of cereal, toast, coffee, fresh fruit, juice and hot dishes including eggs cooked to order. Buffet-style lunches consist of sandwiches, home-made soups and bread and hot entrees. Dinner is a more formal affair with waiter service and can include a variety of American favorites, barbecues, fresh seafood, beef and chicken dishes, salads and range of fresh vegetable side dishes. Snacks are also served throughout the day.
On Saturday mornings (provided Jellyfish Lake is is open) you will go snorkeling with Palau’s famous stingless jellyfish, followed by a shallow dive at Chandelier Caves while the boat refuels at Koror Port. The afternoon can involve a trip to town for a shopping jaunt or a visit to the museum. The final evening features a cocktail party at 18:00 hrs followed by dinner ashore in your choice among a few recommended restaurants.

Day 8
You can disembark the Aggressor after a light breakfast, at about 08:00 hrs. The crew will help you make transportation arrangements back to your local hotel. Normally flight times require a final night in a hotel before departing Palau the following day.

Dive experience: When our guests compete their Cruise Application they affirm that they are fit to dive in Palau, including physical fitness, dive skills, and dive experience. The diver themselves is the best person to judge that and to use criteria such as certification level or number of dives would not be appropriate.

Cruise price per person includes: Cabin accommodation with air-conditioning, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, soft drinks and hot drinks, local wine and beer, dives (as detailed in the tours above), experienced English-speaking divemaster(s) (3-5 divers per 1 DM), tanks, weights and weightbelts, all taxes.

Cruise price per person excludes (mandatory, unless customer provides own): Scuba equipment 7N - USD 175, 10N - USD 260, dive computer, marine park fees (per person): USD 240. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival (cash or credit card).

Optional extras: Return transfers to the boat, alcoholic drinks (apart from as included above - duty is very high so it is recommended you bring your own spirits), restaurant meal on final evening, nitrox fills for enriched air certified divers, dive insurance. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival. Note: prices of items purchased onboard are subject to change.

How to get there: A uniformed crew member or tourism agent will meet you at the airport if you arrive on Sunday evening, and transfer you to the liveaboard boat. If you have arrived before then, you may board at any time after 16:00 hrs on Sunday at the Neco Marine Harbour.
The boat returns from tour to dock after lunch on Saturday afternoon before check out at 08:00 hrs Sunday morning, when you will be transferred to the airport or nearby hotel. The last dive of the trip will be at around 12:00 noon on the second last day of the trip. Please wait at least 18 hours before flying after diving. Non-diver rate: USD 200 off the full published price (does not apply to specials).

Single supplement (if you do not want to share accommodation): This is optional - single travellers may choose to share a stateroom or pay a supplement of 65% of the normal published price.

Dive clubs and group discounts: Pay for 8 guests, and 1 extra person can join the cruise in a Double stateroom free of charge (total 9 guests). Whole boat charter rate equivalent to: Pay for 16 guests and 2 extra persons can join the cruises in a Double stateroom free of charge (total 18 guests).
