With only 5 bungalows in the resort, you'll find there is little to disturb you from your hammock. If night life and shopping are high on your agenda then Bangka Dive Resort shouldn't be. It is however, excellent therapy if you want to escape the crowds and do little but dive and laze on the beach all day.
Bangka is a simple island, free of roads or vehicles where a very small number of people and local deer make up the population. The dive sites are right on your doorstep with most sites being within 15 minutes boat ride and Lembeh Strait and other islands are within a comfortable distance. The house reef is a great spot for frogfish and makes a wonderful night dive. The Murex outfit are the pioneers of scuba diving in Manado and know these sites better than anyone else so let them show you all that Bangka has to offer.
