Made from the finest Asian hard woods, MV Sai Mai was built in 1993 and back then it was the boat to be on for Burma liveaboard diving cruises. The current owners have since re-designed and then re-fitted Sai Mai in 2010.

The number of divers is now limited to between 6 and 8, meaning much more space in both the cabins and the communal areas and on the dive deck. So if you are a group of divers interested in visiting Burma, consider chartering the Sai Mai all for yourself.

The 4 cabins now all have en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning. It is a perfect option for a family or a dive group that is willing to book the entire boat and decide which itinerary to follow.

The shaded relaxing area on the upper deck is comfortable and is the place where meals are serve al fresco and where fishy tales are swapped in the evening. There is plenty of space at the front of the boat for sunbathing. The dive deck is never crowded and has ample storage space. The main deck has a separate storage area for your camera equipment and complimentary nitrox is available on every cruise.

Sai Mai remains dedicated to liveaboard diving in Burma, and the crew knows these waters very well. Their focus is on tailor-made trips with plenty of personal attention. Sai Mai may be able to be flexible to fit your requirements. Just let us know what they are and you could soon be on your own private diving cruise in Burma.
