The Blue Force 3 liveaboard was launched in late 2019 and, at 42m in length, is a large and modern steel hulled yacht that operates diving trips throughout both the Egyptian and Sudanese Red Sea.
The 850 HP twin engine yacht can accommodate 26 guests in cabins with private bathrooms. You have the choice of an economy 3-bed or twin bed cabins on the lower deck, or choose a cabin on the main or upper deck with sea views.
There is a large open plan air-conditioned saloon on the main deck with a lounge and dining area. Other common areas include a full sun deck and a tanning lounge area in the bow, and an upper deck bar and social area - a popular place to be in the evenings to discuss each day's diving adventures.
Diving activities are conducted from the 2 motorised tenders with 55 HP engines. Divers ready themselves on the dive deck, where you will find personal storage spaces, a camera table, rinse tanks, bathrooms and showers. Enriched air nitrox is also available onboard.
There are 12 cabins onboard Blue Force 3. On the lower deck there are 2 triple bed cabins and 4 double/twin bed cabins. On the main deck there are 2 twin bed cabins, and on the upper deck there are 4 double/twin bed cabins with seaviews. All cabins have en-suite bathrooms

Dive experience: Advanced open water level or equivalent is recommended on all Blue Force 3 liveaboard trips. A minimum of 50 logged dives are required to join trips to Brothers, Daedalus Reef, Zabargad, Rocky and Sudan.
Cruise price per person includes: Cabin accommodation with air-conditioning, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, hot drinks, return transfers from Hurghada Airport to the boat, 1 night stay in 5 star hotel in Hurghada where package indicates (half board basis), travel and dive insurance, dives (as detailed in the trips above), experienced English-speaking divemasters (max. 6 divers per guide), tanks, weights and weightbelt, all taxes.
Cruise price per person excludes (mandatory, unless customer provides own): Scuba equipment (US$ 169 per trip), dive computer (US$ 56 per trip), Egypt port and park fees US$ 215 per trip or Sudan port and park fees US$ 249 per week, service fees (crew tips) (US$ 79 per week). Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival (cash only).
Optional extras: Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, nitrox fills for certified enriched air divers (US$ 56 per trip), 15 litre tank (US$ 34 per trip), torch (US$ 17 per dive). How to get there: Blue Force 3 uses the ports of Hurghada and Port Ghalib for its dive trips in Egypt and Port Sudan for its Sudan cruises. Return transfers are included from Hurghada and Sudan airports. Egypt: Boarding takes place at 8 pm and the boat will depart from port early morning the following day. The last dive of the trip will be at around 3 pm on the penultimate day, then Blue Force 2 returns to port at around 7 pm. Disembarkation is at 11 am on the final morning. Please wait at least 18 hours before flying after diving. Sudan: Boarding and boat port departure takes place once all the guests have arrived. The last dive on the penultimate day will be dependent upon guest flight times (remember to wait at least 18 hours before flying after diving), then Blue Force 3 returns to port. Disembarkation is early morning on the final day.

Single supplement (if you do not want to share accommodation): This is optional - single travellers may choose to share a cabin or pay a supplement of 70% for their own cabin.
Dive clubs and group discounts: Egypt safaris: Pay for 8 guests and 1 additional person can join the cruise free of charge in the lowest price cabin (total 9+ guests). Sudan trips: Pay for 5 guests and 1 additional person can join the cruise free of charge in the lowest price cabin (total 6+ guests).
Whole boat charter rate (per night): Egypt: Pay for 22 guests and 4 additional persons can join the cruise free of charge in the lowest price cabins. Sudan: Pay for 21 guests and 5 additional persons can join the cruise free of charge in the lowest price cabins.
