Nautilus One is a 30m Maldives liveaboard that operates mostly in the central atolls region and only between October and April. Providing a unique diving experience for a maximum of 16 guests, Nautilus One, and it sister ship Nautilus Two, are 2 very distinctive European-managed Maldives liveaboards.

The best places to hang out with your fellow shipmates are the covered open air lounge, the indoor dining area and bar, the open foredeck area, and the semi shaded sundeck. There is no shortage of places to socialise, or to find a quiet spot. You won't have to retreat to your ensuite cabin for that all important 'me time'. Cold beer on draft, an espresso machine, and a barman gifted in the art of cocktail making are added bonuses.

The entertainment system includes a CD and MP3 player for mood music, and a large flat screen TV to watch movies or the freshly-captured images of the Maldives marine life. There is also free Wi-fi on board limited to usage such as emails and chats. Between-meal refreshments include freshly-squeezed juices, milkshakes, sandwiches, tea and coffee.

You will appreciate the cabin shelving suitable for charging your camera and accessories, a communal battery charging station in the lounge, and nitrox for maximising bottom time. The accompanying dhoni stores the equipment and compressor for tank filling, keeping noise on the mothership to a minimum, as you cruise around Maldives' North and South Ari, North and South Male atolls and beyond.

Customer reviews:

Customer rating - Excellent
"All staff in board were very kind and helpfull. And they could easily have interacted with the guests a little more. No need for them to shy away in the background. The 2 divemarsters Mustafa and Abdullah were excellent. They made everyone feel safe. They came very prepared to all dive sites and knew a Lot about the marine life. I would go on a divetrip with these guys anytime again. " - , Denmark, 31 January 2020 ...
