The sleek MV Emperor Echo liveaboard was refurbished with a new stylish interior in 2018. Accommodating 25 guests, this is the perfect liveaboard for 'eat, sleep, dive repeat' guests wishing to experience the incredible diving which the Red Sea has to offer.
Accommodation onboard Emperor Echo is tasteful and comfortable. Cabins all feature private, en-suite bathrooms and have centrally controlled air-conditioning, keeping you cool during the summer months. The social areas onboard include a lounge area with entertainment facilities and a separate dining area. The spacious open air seating on the main deck is partially shaded, providing you with the option to soak up the Egyptian sun rays or relax in the shade. The bar is conveniently located here for refreshing drinks. As with the rest of the Emperor fleet of Red Sea liveaboards, Echo has a Wi-Fi system which operates except when at sites very distant from shore. Internet usage is free of charge.
The dive deck includes dedicated storage spaces for each diving guest, separate camera rinse tanks, a dedicated camera charging station, 2 bathrooms with hot water showers, and the EANx membrane system supplies free nitrox for trained divers. 2 motorised dinghies and 2 guides per trip will accompany you on your Red Sea safari dives to Brothers, Northern wrecks, St. Johns Reef, Daedalus Reef, and Elphinstone. Should you prefer the exclusive service of a dedicated guide, Emperor will arrange one for you (pre-booking is required)!
One great feature of the Emperor Fleet and Echo is that they have a 'no hidden extras' pricing policy. This means that, along with the free nitrox, internet usage, and glass of wine each dinnertime, you will find all the extras such as fuel surcharges, marine park fees, green/environment fees, local/tourist taxes, airport transfers have already been included in the sales price!

"The trip was very good: the boat was nice, the dive masters were very good, and food was very good. The dive sites were crowded but that's the way it is in the Red Sea. The only problem was the transfers to and from the airport. My understanding was that the transfers were included, but later I learned that they were only included if done at a certain times. In summary, the boat was good and the trip was fantastic. Too bad that started and ended on a sour note with the airport transfers.
